OUR CRITERIA
- PURCHASE PRICE: From $500,000 to $6,000,000 for Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant Retail Strip Centers and Industrial property and up to $60,000,000 for Multi-Tenant Regional Shopping Centers.
- PRODUCT: Single Tenant or Multi Tenant and vacant Buildings.
- LEASE CONDITION: We look for conservative lease rates. Lease rates are more important to us than cap rates.
- LEASE TERM: Monthly to 20 years with Non-Credit or Credit Tenants.
- GROUND LEASES: Fee Title purchases with any type of improvements.
